Nature's Plus Zinc 50 mg is a dietary supplement that contains zinc in chelate form. Zinc is an extremely important metal for the body as it contributes: *

Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Contraindications
Avoid concomitant use of zinc with antibiotics or cortisone-containing medicines. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (> 25mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
Side effects
Doses of zinc above 200mg can be toxic and cause nausea and vomiting.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
