What is Ginkgo Biloba?

Side effects, interactions and precautions for use

Its use should be avoided by people suffering from:

• hypertension
• coagulation disorders
• epilepsy or
• lack of the G6PD enzyme

The simultaneous reception of ginkgo biloba should not be taken alongside anticoagulant and antidiabetic treatment. Also, not to be given together with antidepressants, diuretics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

It is not recommended to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as by women planning a pregnancy.
