The younger generation of antifungals, are of natural origin and cause suffocation in the louse stub and nits. Its mechanism of action is mechanical as they enter the respiratory system of the louse and lead to its destruction.
Their action time ranges from 10 minutes to 1 hour. It is necessary to remove the dead lice and nits with the special brush. As the nail life cycle is 7 days, treatment should be repeated within 7-8 days.
The superiority of the new generation of antifungals lies in being more skin-friendly and environmentally friendly while lice do not develop resistance to action.
