Nature's Plus Source of Life Power Teen provides full coverage of vitamins and minerals in ideal amounts to fill any gaps in the diet and ensure that the necessary nutrients are obtained for good mental performance and concentration, proper growth, healthy bones and a strong immune system.
Energy support is provided by biotin, magnesium and vitamin B1 which contribute to normal metabolism and by folic acid, niacin and vitamins B12, B6 and C which help reduce fatigue and tiredness.
Brain function is enhanced by B-complex vitamins, which contribute to the normal cognitive function and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
In addition it protects the bones with calcium, magnesium, manganese, vitamin D and zinc, which are needed for their maintenance.
Finally, it strengthens the immune system with copper, Vitamin A, selenium, vitamin B12, B6, C, D and zinc, which contribute to its normal function and with antioxidants to fight free radicals.
In particular, Vitamin E, manganese, selenium and vitamin C, help protect cells from oxidative stress.
