ZzzQuil Natura is a dietary supplement with melatonin, vitamin B6 and a combination of chamomile, lavender and valerian that helps reduce fatigue and tiredness and regulates sleep in a natural way. It has a wonderful flavor and it does not cause addiction or drowsiness the next day.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous & immune system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue [Official Health Claims: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
Melatonin helps to reduce the time of sleep onset. It also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag [Official Health Claims: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
Valerian is traditionally used for the relief of mild symptoms of stress and for sleep [Approval: European Union Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products-Coreper / HMPC].
Dosage
1 gummie daily.
Instructions of use
Take 1 gummie 30 minutes before bedtime and sleep for at least 6 hours.
