Dosage
Take 2 capsules 3 times a day, after each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
Instructions of use
The capsules are taken after a meal.
To achieve the beneficial effect of fiber as it passes through the gastrointestinal tract, it is recommended to consume at least 2 liters of water or fluids per day, otherwise constipation might occur.
Contraindications
If you are taking fat-soluble medicines (eg birth control pills) or other medications, it should be taken after 2-4 hours or as directed by your doctor.
Side effects
Minimal side effects have been reported with XLS Medical PRO-7: discomfort, hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, itching and swelling, headache and mild gastrointestinal symptoms (such as nausea, stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea and difficulty).
If you notice any side effects, stop taking XLS Medical PRO-7.
Cautions
-Suitable only for adults over 18 years old.
-Teenagers (between 12-18), should consult an expert first
-XLS Medical PRO-7 should not be taken with:
- During pregnancy or lactation
- If your Body Mass Index (BMI) is below 18.5
- If you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients the product contains

Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
