Elderberry is an herb traditionally used to relieve the first symptoms of the common cold (Approval: European Union Medicinal Products Committee-EMA / HMPC).
Vitamin C helps maintain the normal functioning of the immune system, reduces fatigue and tiredness and protects cells from oxidative stress (Official Health Claims from the European Food Safety Authority - EFSA).
Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal thyroid function and normal cognitive function (Official Health Statements from the European Food Safety Authority - EFSA).
Dosage
1 or 2 tablets daily.
Instructions of use
Take after a main meal with a glass of water or as directed by your doctor.
