Power of Nature Platinum Range Ginkgo Biloba 120 mg is a dietary supplement with Ginkgo biloba leaf extract, titrated to 24% flavones and 6% lactones. Supports circulatory health and good brain function.
Ginkgo biloba is a plant with a high content of flavonoids and terpenoids, compounds known for their antioxidant activity.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicines (HMPC) have approved the use of ginkgo biloba (leaves) as a traditional short-term herbal remedy to improve memory and age-related cognitive impairment (mental deterioration) and the quality of life of adults with mild dementia. Also to relieve the feeling of weight in the legs and the feeling of cold hands and feet associated with non-chronic circulatory problems.
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now well established and accepted by the EMA.
Dosage
Adults: 1 capsule daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken after a meal.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients contained, if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ginkgo Biloba is contraindicated when anticoagulants, antidepressants or diuretics are taken at the same time. In addition, it should be taken with caution by people who are being treated for diabetes.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommmended daily dosage.
