Viogenesis Zinc Citrate 30 mg is a dietary supplement containing zinc in its citrate form. Zinc is an extremely important metal for the body as it contributes: *

Contraindications
Avoid concomitant use of zinc with antibiotics or cortisone-containing medicines. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (> 25mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
Side effects
Doses of zinc above 200mg can be toxic and cause nausea and vomiting.
Cautions
Zinc should only be taken with the consent of the physician. Some patients when taking zinc on an empty stomach may develop mild gastrointestinal disorders, such as nausea. If something like this happens, then you should avoid taking zinc fasting. Also, long-term zinc intake of 25mg or more can lead to anemia.
