Viogenesis Vitamin E Tocotrienols is a dietary supplement with vitamin E in the form of mixed tocotrienols to protect the cardiovascular system. Contains tocotrienols from palm and not from rice bran in combination with natural tocopherols.
Tocopherols are a group of fat-soluble chemicals with antioxidant properties. Intake from the human body through food is essential. Tocopherols are distinguished by the letters of the Greek alphabet in: α, β, γ, δ, ε, ζ and η. The most important of these is α-tocopherol (d-alpha-tocopherol), as it is characterized by better absorption and bioavailability and with in this form the majority of clinical trials have been conducted.
Tocopherols are collectively known as vitamin E and are found in vegetable oils and generally in plant foods.
Vitamin E is one of the most important vitamins as it helps protect cells from oxidative stress. *
