Viogenesis Omega 3-TG Fish Oil 500 mg is a dietary supplement with fish oil of pharmaceutical purity and molecular distillation, which provides the body with omega 3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA, etc.).
This product contains omega-3s in re-esterified form of triglycerides (TG Form). The triglyceride form is the natural form in which fish oil is found in fish. It is safer, more stable and better used by the body, compared to the ethyl ester (EE) form.
Omega-3 is a group of essential unsaturated fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by our body, so we must necessarily take them daily from our diet. Of this group of omega-3 fatty acids, two are the most prominent: EPA and DHA.
DHA & EPA help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA in combination with EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 gr DHA in combination with EPA) and normal heart function. DHA helps maintain normal brain function & vision (daily intake of 250 mg). *
