Viogenesis Beta-NAD Plus Cell Repair & Cell Protect is a dietary supplement with β-NAD + (β-nicotinamido-adenine-dinucleotide) and Piper cubeba and Citrus aurantium extracts. Thanks to its composition, it protects the healthy function of mitochondria, which contributes to energy production and the prevention of cellular degenerative processes. It promotes the production of ATP (energy) in the cell and enhances the anti-aging and metabolic processes that take place in it.
What is β-NAD +:
It is an important coenzyme that is found in our cells and is involved in hundreds of metabolic processes. However, its levels decrease with age. It plays an important role in two main areas:
- Helps convert nutrients into energy, as a key metabolic factor. It acts as a cofactor and mobile electron acceptor and is an essential oxidation substrate for many enzymes. It is converted to NADH that carries electrons for subsequent oxidative phosphorylation and ATP production.
- It acts as an auxiliary molecule for proteins, which regulate important cellular functions. It can donate parts of ADP-ribose to a protein, producing nicotinamide during the procedure. The enzymes sirtuins use β-NAD + as a substrate for the deacetylation of proteins as well as the regulation of activity between nucleus and mitochondria.
These processes are extremely important for the health of the cell and the maintenance of its energy levels.
The preparation also contains:
- Niacin (Vitamin B3): contributes to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at producing energy, as well as reducing fatigue and tiredness.*
- Chromium: plays a role in the metabolism of macronutrients.*
- Choline: contributes to the metabolism of lipids and homocysteine.*
