Vican Liqui Vites Kids Cod Liver Oil comes from certified sustainable fishing and is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D and E.
- Omega 3 fatty acids: deliver EPA and DHA which contribute to normal heart function (250 mg EPA and DHA daily intake). DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision (250 mg daily intake).*
- Vitamin D: contributes to normal immune function, normal muscle function, maintaining normal bones and teeth, normal bone growth of children, cell division process, normal absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus.*
- Vitamin A: contributes to the normal metabolism of iron, to healthy vision, to the normal functioning of the immune system, while it also plays a role in the process of cellular specialization.*
- Vitamin E: protects cells from oxidative stress. *

Dosage
Children 1y+: 1 teaspoon per day (5 ml).
Adults: 1–2 teaspoons daily.
Instructions of use
After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
