Superfoods S Form is a natural dietary supplement for weight management with glucomannan and chromium.
Glucomannan is a polysaccharide that has the ability to absorb large amounts of water in relation to its weight. It is essentially a type of fiber which due to the swelling, creates a feeling of satiety when consumed before meals. In this way a lower calorie intake is achieved. In addition, as a fiber it improves the function of the gastrointestinal tract by reducing constipation.

Dosage
1 soft chew 3 times daily.
Instructions of use
Take half an hour before a meal, along with 1-2 glasses of water (250 mL).
For people with difficulty swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate fluid intake, it is recommended to take it with a sufficient amount of water to ensure that the substance reaches the stomach.
