Super Health CoQ10 & Linseed Oil is a dietary supplement with coenzyme Q10 (also known as Ubiquinone) & linseed oil. Because coenzyme Q10 (Co Q10) is a fat-soluble, hydrophobic compound, its absorption is slow and limited. However, taking it with linseed oil can help the body absorb it up to three times faster.
