Solgar Melatonin is a nutritional supplement with melatonin in tablet form, which has a positive effect on the feeling of relaxation & calmness and improves sleeping conditions.
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the human body during the night that helps regulate the sleeping & awakening cycle. It is involved in maintaining the normal circadian rhythm (organism's biological clock) that plays a key role in normal sleep. It helps reduce the time of sleep onset and also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. *
(Beneficial effects are ensured by taking 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.)
It is suitable for:

Each dose contains 1.9 mg of melatonin.
