Sky Premium Life Zinc 25 mg is a dietary supplement that contains zinc in citrate and gluconate form. Zinc is an extremely important metal for the body as it contributes to:

Dosage

Take after meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Contraindications
Avoid concomitant use of zinc with antibiotics or cortisone-containing medicines. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (> 25mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
Side effects
Doses of zinc above 200mg can be toxic and cause nausea and vomiting.
