Sensodyne Extra Fresh is a toothpaste for sensitive teeth that acts deep inside the tooth. The desensitizing agent it contains does not allow your cold, hot, sweet, or even toothbrush to cause nerve pain and irritation. It is not easily removed with food or beverages.

Instructions of use
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-toothed toothbrush. Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, for at least 1 minute at a time, minimizing ingestion and rinsing. Be sure to brush all the sensitive areas of the teeth.
