My Elements Ultra Vitamin C 1000 mg with Acerola Time Released is a dietary supplement with vitamin C and Acerola, ideal for strengthening the immune system, reducing fatigue, protection from oxidative stress & increased iron absorption. The specially designed time-release tablet prolongs the release time of vitamin C.
Acerola is considered the richest source of natural vitamin C as it contains 10-50 times more vitamin C than oranges.
Vitamin C helps : maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, normal blood vessels, bones, skin, teeth, normal energy metabolism, protect cells from oxidative stress, reduce fatigue and tiredness, increase iron absorption.*
Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
To be taken before a meal.
Contraindications
The use of very high doses of Vitamin C (above 2000mg) is recommended to be avoided in people with kidney problems.
Side effects
At doses greater than 2000 mg per day and in prolonged use, side effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.

Store in a cool and shady place, at room temperature and in a place where children do not see or approach.
