Epsilon Health Nozalys Wash can be used for the daily cleansing of the nasal cavities (isotonic solution) and in any case of nasal congestion, such as colds and allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, exposure to smoke or irritants (hypertonic solution).
Thanks to its affinity with water, it attracts a large amount of water and promotes the hydration of the nasal mucosa & the liquefaction of mucus secretions.
Instructions of use
1. Fill the flask with bottled drinking water at 35-40°C, up to the line indicating the 240 ml level.
2. Hypertonic solution: Dissolve the contents of 2 sachets in the flask. Useful in cases of nasal congestion due to diseases of the upper respiratory system.
Isotonic Solution: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in the flask. Useful for preventing the accumulation of secretions or for daily cleansing of the nasal cavity.
Shake the flask until the powder is completely dissolved in the water.
3. Bend your head sideways and slightly forward.
4. Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril, breathing with the mouth open.
5. Apply gentle pressure to the bottom of the bottle. Wait until the solution passes through your nose, coming out of the opposite nostril.
6. During washing, breathe with your mouth open.
7. After the end of the wash (half a bottle), stay for a while with the head slightly turned forward.
8. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining half of the solution in the other nostril.
9. Blow your nose gently.
10. After each use, fill the bottle with water and add a few drops of liquid soap and shake vigorously to clean it effectively.
11. Dry the inside with a towel or let it air dry before the next use.
Isotonic solution: up to 3 times a day.
Hypertonic solution: 1-2 times a day, depending on the severity of the condition.

Cautions
Do not use in children under 3 years of age.
For children 3-6 years old, use only on the recommendation of a pediatrician.
Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain in the nose or ear.
Do not use boiling water during treatment.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
It is recommended to replace the bottle after 1 month of use.
Store below 25°C.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
