Quest Vitamin D3 & K2 dietary supplement contains 2500 IU (62.5μg) of Vitamin D in the active form of D3, also known as cholecalciferol, and 100 mcg of Vitamin K as K2 in the active form of MK-7.
Regarding Vitamin D:
- contributes to maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth,
- in the normal functioning of the immune system,
- in maintaining normal blood calcium levels,
- in maintaining normal muscle function
- and the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus by the body.
Vitamin K is essential for normal bone function and normal blood clotting. *
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.* In combination with the other fat-soluble vitamins D and K, it works synergistically increasing their effectiveness.
It is a formula suitable for vegetarians, which does not contain gluten and lactose.

Contraindications
People taking oral anticoagulants should consult their doctor before taking 100 µg or more of Vitamin K.
