Contraindications
There is a risk of hypercalcaemia if you take Vitamin D 4000IU or more daily without knowing the calcium levels in your blood.
Side effects
At doses greater than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth and metallic taste may occur.
Cautions
Store in a dry and cool place, at a temperature of less than 25 degrees Celsius.
