Quest Synergistic Selenium 200 μg is an antioxidant formula that contains selenium (200 mcg per tablet) in combination with vitamins C & E, ingredients that act synergistically to provide optimal protection against oxidative stress.
Selenium is an extremely important trace element for the body as it contributes to:

Instructions of use
Take with a meal, with some water.
Contraindications
Selenium is contraindicated with concomitant use of anticoagulants & antiplatelets, as well as with treatment for high cholesterol.
It should also not be taken by people with autoimmune diseases, because of the possibility of recurrence of the disease.
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Overdoses of selenium can lead to fatigue, metallic taste, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders and nail deterioration.
