Moller's Cod Liver Oil Apple is a liquid Arctic liver oil. In general, there are two types of fish oils, those that come from the liver of fish, such as cod liver oil and those derived from their flesh. All are rich in vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids of the ω3 group.
Omega 3 fatty acids belong to beneficial polyunsaturated fats and are divided into two categories, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is found naturally in plant foods, such as linseed and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), contained in fish. Α-linolenic acid (ALA) is converted into EPA and DHA in the body, while EPA and DHA are readily absorbed by the body from the foods they contain.
DHA and EPA help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (this concerns intake of 2000 mg from adults only), normal blood pressure (this concerns intake of 3000 mg from adults only), and normal heart function. Vitamin D contributes to the functioning of the immune system as well as the nervous and muscular systems. In addition, it contributes to better absorption of calcium and phosphorus by the body, thereby contributing to normal bone and tooth health. Dosage
Infants from 6 months, children and adults: 5 ml daily.

Consume preferably after a meal.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator, away from small children and keep for up to 3 months.
