ProHumano+ HepatoDefense contains an innovative formula combining the beneficial effects of silybin with those of essential phospholipids.
Silybin is the main active constituent of silymarin, a complex of bioflavonoids found in the seeds of Milk thistle. Milk thistle is a medicinal plant known to play an important role in liver cell regeneration, liver protection and healthy liver function support.
Silybin contained in PHOSPHOcomplex™ has a bioavailability about 10 times higher than conventional silybin extract from silymarin, due to the presence of phosphatidylcholine.
Phosphatidylcholine facilitates the transport of silybin to the intestinal lining and being part of the liver cell it is also essential for supporting the liver function.
Milk thistle is traditionally used to support liver function as well as for the symptomatic relief of digestive disorders (eg bloating, indigestion). *

Dosage
