Its composition consists of 65% protein, 15% fiber and 125 μg Chromax per serving. It also contains only 4.6% fat and 8.3% carbohydrates.

Dosage
20 g powder 1-2 φορές daily.
Instructions of use
Shake the container well before each use.
Add 20 grams of powder (4 scoops) to 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat).
It can replace up to two meals a day.
Adequate daily fluid intake (2-3 liters) is recommended.

After opening it should be consumed in a short time.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from children.
