Power of Nature Sport Series Ultra Vit-C is a dietary supplement with 500 mg of Vitamin C in tablets of gradual release and absorption. Slow-release tablets are produced by a special process, which retains vitamin C in microspheres, allowing it to be released slowly. This means that its absorption is a continuous process, as its gradual release takes place in 4 to 6 hours. Thus, the beneficial effects of vitamin C are available in the body for a longer period of time.
Vitamin C :

Contraindications
The use of very high doses (above 2000mg), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems.
Side effects
At doses greater than 2000mg per day and with prolonged use, toxic effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.

Store in a cool and dry environment (up to 25 degrees Celsius), away from small children.
