Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in many metabolic processes in the body. Our body is not able to produce it and therefore it must be taken daily through diet. Most of it is found in the blood and most of it is stored in the bones.

Contraindications
Magnesium intake should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases.
