Power of Nature Platinum Range St. John's Wort 125 mg is a dietary supplement containing St. John's wort extract (hypericin) titrated to 0.3% hypericin, ideal for people with mood disorders.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of St. John's wort as a traditional short-term herbal remedy for symptoms of mild mood disorders and relief of temporary mental exhaustion.
In addition, it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties, while it also has anti-depressant properties and can help in situations of nervous tension and anxiety.*

Dosage

Instructions of use
Take with a glass of water, preferably after the main meal.
