Power of Nature Platinum Range Saw Palmetto 160 mg is a nutritional supplement containing serenoa fruit extract (Saw palmetto) titrated to 45% fatty acids.
Chios Mastic is the resinous secretion from the mastic tree, an evergreen shrub that thrives exclusively in southern Chios, Greece. It is a natural aromatic resin, known since ancient times for its beneficial properties.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of mastic as a traditional herbal aid to treat the symptoms of mild digestive disorders.
The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now documented and accepted by the EMA.
Dosage
1 capsule daily.
Instructions of use
Take with a glass of water, preferably after a meal.
Contraindications
Not to be taken by children, pregnant & breastfeeding women.
It is recommended to be taken a few hours apart from iron supplements, as its absorption may be reduced.
Also, avoid taking anticoagulants at the same time.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
