Omega 3.6.9 from the Classics Platinum Range is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of fish oil, flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil in the right proportions for the body.
Omega is a group of essential unsaturated fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by our body. So we must get them daily from our diet as they play an essential role in all cell functions.
- Fish oil: It is obtained from the body of fatty fish, such as mackerel and anchovies. It is a good source of the valuable polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA.
- Flaxseed oil: A good source of omega 6 and omega 9 polyunsaturated fatty acids, the most important representative of which is linoleic acid.
- Evening Primrose oil: It is a source of omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids g-linolenic acid (GLA).
Omega 3.6.9 in the Classics Platinum Range series contains high distillation oils, which are obtained by the method of cold compression, in order to offer without alterations a rich mixture of total omega 3.6 and 9 unsaturated fatty acids.
Dosage
1 capsule daily.

Preferably to be taken after a meal.
