Physiomer Strong Jet Fort is an isotonic nasal spray with seawater that offers intense spraying. Thus, it thoroughly cleanses and rinses the nasal cavities, in cases where deep cleansing is required.
Ideal for viscous, sticky, purulent secretions, chronic nasal diseases and sinusitis, as well as for prevention of postoperative complications. Helps remove dust, allergens, pollutants and pathogens (viruses and bacteria), while moisturizing the nasal mucosa.
It has been tested in clinical trials after intranasal / intravaginal surgeries in adults:

Instructions of use
Before use: blow your nose and check that the spray works properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.
- Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.
- Repeat with the other nostril.
- Blow your nose gently.
Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry well.
Tip: Make sure your head does not tilt back, as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleansing.
Recommended use:
In case of nasal secretions that are thick, sticky or purulent or in cases of crust: 1 to 4 sprays per day in each nostril.
In case of chronic nasal discomfort, nasopharyngeal pathologies and in cases of intranasal and intravaginal surgeries: 1 to 4 sprays per day in each nostril, if recommended by a doctor
