Pharmalead Probio Plus is a probiotic food supplement with prebiotics, as it contains 5 probiotic strains (Lactobacillus & Bifidobacterium), 6 billion friendly bacteria & fructo-oligosaccharides per capsule, which contribute to the good functioning of the body.*
Probiotics contribute to the health of the gastrointestinal system by lowering the ph in the area. In addition, they exert a protective effect on the mucous membrane by antagonizing the pathogenic organisms of the flora, strengthening the mucosal barrier (increase of mucus in the area).*
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a form of soluble carbohydrates, most of which are used as a nutrient substrate for the growth of normal intestinal bacterial flora (including the genera Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus). They also contribute to the regulation of bowel movements and the relief of unpleasant gastrointestinal symptoms due to intestinal dysfunction.*
Specifically, taking probiotics is recommended in the following cases:
- in diarrhea
- in constipation
- in Irritable Bowel Syndrome
- in antibiotic treatment
- indigestion (bloating, flatulence)
- in the unbalanced diet

Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily, with your meal.

Contraindications
Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are contraindicated in patients with immunosuppression, increased risk of infection after surgery, central catheters.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
