Panakeia Healthcare Omega-3 is a dietary supplement with fish oil, rich in the essential fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
Omega-3 is a group of essential unsaturated fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by our body, so we must necessarily take them daily from our diet. Of this group of omega-3 fatty acids, two are the most prominent: EPA and DHA.
DHA & EPA help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA in combination with EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 gr DHA in combination with EPA) and normal heart function. DHA helps maintain normal brain function & vision (daily intake of 250 mg). *
Dosage
1-2 tablets daily.

Take after a meal.
Contraindications
People with shellfish and fish allergies are most likely to develop an allergy to Omega 3 fatty acid supplements.
It is contraindicated with the simultaneous administration of anticoagulant treatment. In addition, studies have shown that fish oils reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills.
