Store the test strips in a cool dry place where the temperature does not exceed 86 ° F (30 ° C). Do not expose the package to direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not freeze the package.
Store the test strips only in their original vial. Do not transfer them to a new vial or any other container.
After removing a OneTouch Ultra test strip from the vial, replace the vial lid immediately and close it tightly.
Use each test strip immediately after removing it from the vial.
Enter the date of disposal on the vial label when you first open it. Dispose of the OneTouch Ultra test strips left 3 months after opening the vial for the first time.
Make sure that the upper white edge of the film does not come in contact with dirt or food.
Do not use the test strips after the expiry date which is stated on the package.
