The Omron M6 Comfort Automatic Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is clinically certified by the European Hypertension Company.
It has Afib technology for valid atrial fibrillation detection, which is an abnormal heart rhythm and is a trigger for stroke.

Instructions of use
You should place the cuff of the sphygmomanometer on the left or right arm, approximately at the height of the heart, just above the elbow, in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Make sure you are sitting and your back is resting on the seat.
Your arm should be loose and supported so that the cuff is at heart level. If it is not supported or is lower than the height of the heart, then the pressure can be found to increase by 7-10 mmHg.
