Nutricia Fortimel Compact Protein is a food for special medical purposes, for the dietary management of malnutrition associated with disease.
It is a nutritionally complete, hyperprotein, hypercaloric oral nutritional preparation, of small volume (125 ml). It is enriched with all the necessary vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Suitable for patients with increased energy and protein requirements, with difficulty consuming a large meal or for patients who show low compliance with oral nutritional preparations.
Dosage
1-3 bottles per day or as recommended by a doctor or nutritionist.
Instructions of use
It is consumed as a supplement to the daily diet, according to the doctor's instructions.
Best served chilled.
After opening the package, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Shake well before use.
Contraindications
Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Allergens: milk, soy.
Cautions
To be administered under medical supervision.
Also suitable for administration via catheter. Not suitable for parenteral feeding.
To be used with caution in children aged 3-6 years.
