Instructions of use
Continuously spray the daily dose under the tongue or inside the cheeks. Do not swallow for 30 seconds. Do not smoke before spraying.
Contraindications
Taking fish oils by people with clotting disorders as well as by people taking anticoagulant therapy should only be done under medical supervision.
Vitamin D should not be taken by people with: hypercalcemia, arteriosclerosis, hyperparathyroidism, nephrolithiasis,
renal osteodystrophy and hyperphosphatemia.

Do not exceed the daily dose.
