Contraindications
Do not take together with antibiotic treatment or with drugs containing cortisone. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (>25mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
Side effects
Doses of zinc above 200mg can be toxic and cause nausea and vomiting.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
