Natural Doctor Turmeric & Ginger is a dietary supplement with turmeric root, titrated to contain 95% curcuminoids, ginger and black pepper fruit extract, titrated to contain 95% piperine.
Curcumin, ginger and black pepper are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a spice widely used in cooking, and curcumin is its active ingredient, to which its beneficial effects are attributed.

On its own, turmeric contains a low level of curcumin. That's why the Turmeric & Ginger supplement incorporates turmeric extract and turmeric root, offering a much higher concentration of curcumin.
Curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body, but in combination with the consumption of black pepper, which contains piperine, the absorption and bioavailability of curcumin is significantly enhanced. *
Ginger protects the stomach, as does piperine. *
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of turmeric as a traditional herbal remedy for indigestion, bloating and mild biliary disorders.

Dosage
