Naturactive Apple Pectin is a dietary supplement made from concentrated dried apple extract. The amount contained in one capsule (200 mg) comes from 10,000 mg of plant and corresponds to 80 mg of apple pectin.
In general, pectins are fibers that have the ability to absorb large amounts of water and therefore inflate.
