Dosage
1 scoop daily.
Instructions of use
Taken as a dietary supplement for adults: 1 scoop (30 g) daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk.
Consume the drink between meals, before or even after exercise.
Higher doses (up to 120 g per day) can be taken according to the individual's protein needs.
Mix well using a shaker or a blender.
Contraindications
Contains milk and sweeteners. The product is manufactured in facilities where other allergens are processed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
