My Elements Gainer Protein Chocolate is a food supplement with proteins, carbohydrates, creatine and vitamins. It is also specially designed to increase and support muscle mass.

Dosage
It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults, 2 scoops (75g) daily.
Instructions of use
Taken as a dietary supplement for adults, dissolved in 250ml of water or milk. Consume the drink between meals, before or even after exercise. Larger doses up to 120g per day day can be taken according to protein needs. Mix well using a shaker or a blender.
Contraindications

Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consume within 90 days of opening.
