My Elements Ester-C is a 1000 mg vitamin C in the form of ascorbic ester in an effervescent form, as it does not irritate the stomach and shows high absorption. In particular, it is absorbed four times more.

Instructions of use
It is recommended to dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily, in 200 ml of water, before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Contraindications
The use of very high doses of Vitamin C (over 2000mg) is recommended to be avoided in people with kidney problems.
Also, people with kidney stones, uric acid stones or with a deficiency of the G6PD enzyme should avoid supplemental intake of Vitamin C. Conversely, if you are on any treatment, consult your doctor about taking it, as some increase the body's need for the vitamin C.

Side effects
At doses greater than 2000 mg per day and with long-term use, side effects such as diarrhea, nausea and the formation of oxalate stones in the kidneys may be observed.
