Loading Phase (5-7 days): 0.3g / kg body weight / day.
Maintenance Phase (6-8 weeks): 0.03g / kg body weight / day.
Instructions of use
Taken as a dietary supplement for adults: 1 scoop (3 g) daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water.
Mix well using a shaker or a blender.
You can consume the drink before exercise (1 scoop) or before and after exercise (2 scoops).
You can add creatine to other supplements you consume, such as protein, amino acids, pre-workout and post-workout formulas.
Contraindications
Not to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
