Quest Pregnall bio-lact is a dietary supplement specifically designed to meet the increased needs of women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This is a double pack containing multivitamin tablets with calcium and DHA capsules. The tablets combine all the ingredients of Pregnall bio-grow with calcium, for better bone strengthening, as required during breastfeeding. It offers a total of 27 nutrients, including folic acid, calcium, iron, vitamins B12, D, K, C, choline, zinc, chromium and omega-3 DHA.
Folic acid: in a content of 400 μg that helps the growth of uterine tissues and the normal development of the fetus, plays a role in cell division and contributes to normal hematopoiesis. after conception, its levels increase in the pregnant woman, thus avoiding the low levels associated with damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. In fact, Pregnall also contains folic acid in the bio-available form of L-Methyl folate, for easy absorption and use by the body.
Calcium: required to maintain healthy bones and teeth, while contributing to normal blood clotting and normal energy metabolism.*
Iron and vitamin B12: contribute to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to normal energy metabolism. *
Vitamin D: helps in the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, in the normal functioning of the immune system, and in the good condition of teeth, bones and muscles, while at the same time playing a role in the process of cell division and specialization. *
Vitamin K: helps maintain normal bone condition and normal blood clotting. *
Vitamin C: contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, reducing fatigue and tiredness, better absorption of iron and normal psychological function. *
Choline: helps in proper lipid metabolism. *
Zinc: contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, to the function of the immune system, while playing a role in cell division and specialization. *
Chromium: helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. *
DHA capsules contain high purity fish oil that provides 200mg DHA and 40mg EPA.
DHA: Its intake by the pregnant woman contributes to the normal development of the fetus's brain and eyes, if they take 200mg of DHA daily in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids. *
You can start taking Pregnall bio-plus at any stage before and during pregnancy.
Dosage
2 tablets and 1 capsule per day.
