Milupa Aptamil EC+ is infant formula for the management of colic and/or constipation. Its composition contains hydrolyzed protein, β palmitate, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS).
It is prepared easily and quickly, while it contains all the necessary nutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements, dietary fiber, etc.) for the healthy development of babies. It also contains DHA, as required by the New European legislation on Infant Milk.
Breastfeeding note
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life is ideal for your baby. When breastfeeding is impossible or insufficient, consult the pediatrician about introducing infant milk into your baby's diet. Starting bottle feeding can have negative effects on breastfeeding.
Dosage
Add 1 scoop of powder to every 30ml of water
Follow the instructions on the table with the recommended dosage of powder and water (on the package)
In case of a different recommendation from the pediatrician, follow the doctor's instructions.
Instructions of use
Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the milk. Boil fresh water (100°C) and let it cool to about (40°C).
Add the required amount of sterile water and powder to the bottle following the dosage chart. Do not reboil already boiled water.
Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is well dissolved. Remove the protective cap and insert the nipple.
Always check the temperature of the prepared milk on your wrist before feeding.
Cautions
Food for special medical purposes
The product must be used on medical advice and under medical supervision. It is indicated as an exclusive source of nutrition from birth and as part of a mixed diet from the 6th month.
For enteral use only. Not suitable for parenteral use.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
Keep out of reach of children.
