Medichrom Vitamins Extra D3 5000 IU + K2 120 mcg is a nutritional supplement with the active forms of vitamins D & K for bone health.
Vitamins D3 and K2 are both fat-soluble vitamins and play a central role in calcium metabolism. Vitamin D3 promotes the production of proteins, which require the presence of vitamin K2 for carboxylation in order to function properly.
