Viogenesis HyperCalm is a dietary supplement containing St. John's wort. John’s Wort (0.3% hypericin content), also known as balsam, in combination with L-tryptophan. It is suitable for situations of intense mental stress and overexertion, for mood disorders, but also of the gastrointestinal system.
According to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC), St. John’s Wort is traditionally used as an herbal remedy for short-term use, in the symptoms of mild mood disorders, as well as for the relief of temporary mental exhaustion.
L-tryptophan is a natural precursor of serotonin and is used to boost mood and contribute to normal mental function, as well as normal sleep. *

Dosage
1-2 tablets per day.

With water or other drink.
Contraindications
To St. John’s wort should not be used concomitantly with antidepressants. It may interact with anesthetic drugs, while significantly reducing the effect of birth control pills. The Committee on Drug Safety advises St. John’s wort should not be used concomitantly with different medications without the approval of the treating physician. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Cautions
ο St. John’s Wort creates photosensitivity. People with light skin should avoid exposure to strong sunlight and other sources of ultraviolet radiation such as artificial tanning. It is also nutritionally recommended to avoid foods such as meat, yeast, salted herring, red wine, aged cheese and general products that contain tyramine.

Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
