Viogenesis GABA 750 mg is a dietary supplement with Γ-aminobutyric acid or GABA which belongs to the non-essential amino acids and is formed from glutamic acid. It has a calming effect on the central nervous system and the brain and it can help with insomnia, as well as with brain functions. It has antispasmodic & mild antihypertensive properties and can relieve the symptoms of stress. In addition, GABA stimulates the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland, leading to higher levels of growth hormone (GH), which is highly anabolic and acts against muscle catabolism.
